The worst restaurant services I’ve ever seen. I ordered a pizza once around 6 pm and it didn’t even come 4 hours later. I called multiple times and they always replied “yes we will bring it soon”. I’d like to give the benefit of doubt because it was raining but atleast tell me if you can’t bring it. I’d like to say their pizza is one of the best in Eastleigh maybe even the best. But the BBQ pizza should have an option to have BBQ on top of it.

Poor services when requesting online. They don’t even put spicy or sauce…Poor communication, they don’t send the balance if they promise to send after the rider had no change to give back
Guys if you want the best pizza and food come to bellapizza it is of good quality plus the service is just wow the best restaurant in Nairobi
Great service by the waiters and the management as whole . Exceptional indeed .
