I like their rice saldato, that’s what I order from them always, but tonight there was a broken glasses on my food. When the second piece of broken glass went to my mouth, I called the waiter and showed him the glass on the food. He took it to the Cheef to show it to him, the waiter came back with the bill, I told him I can’t continue eating this food it’s not safe, he told me “it’s only glass and people always find even rocks on the food” which is unprofessional to tell a customer that, management train your workers the right way.
The girl in the front desk was the best person i have seen the food is amaizing all the way
The young lady at your front desk this evening is rude unlprofessional obnoxious attitude dismissing potential clients that there is no availability how will you attract business when your staff can't speak English.............
I had a fantastic stay at ATIS Hotel. The service was top-notch, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant served delicious and amazing food. This is definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
We had a memorable wedding event yesterday. Well organized team, Delicious meal , State of the art Hall - sparkling clean!
The ambience in the testy is really nice… it’s good place to visit with family or friends.. the staff were very respectful and quickly took the order… we ordered Mandi and the service was really quick… the food was really nice and we loved it… definitely I will go to this place again and recommend to others…
The hotel is new & beautiful inside and outside. Good customer service. But the food is not that good. I ordered lam chunks and rice for 3 people. The waiters bring one plate for one person, the food wasn’t that tasty.
